This program provides new Finance employees multiple job assignments in the early years of their Dow career and provides a diverse and varied working knowledge of Dow's Finance organization. Individuals will be assigned to challenging positions in the Finance organization that will provide exposure to Dow's businesses and key leaders. Assignments vary and will complement the new hire's prior experiences and background. Preferred 2-5 years experience in related field.A minimum requirement for the U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
