Job Description FT- $12,000 sign-on bonus 12 HOUR SHIFT-

Reimbursement /n /n /n Responsibilities for LPN /n /n - /n The
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, coordinates, provides and
manages nursing care services and health education to nursing home
guests /n /n - /n Supervise the care/services provided by Certified
Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and
other team members who care for guests /n /n - /n Provide safe and
accurate medication-related interventions to guests /n /n - /n
Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of status
changes /n /n - /n Promptly implement new orders /n /n - /n Select
and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a
guest’s condition and/or prevent complications /n /n - /n
Contribute to the guest’s assessment (MDS/CAA’s) and the
development of a plan of care /n /n /n Qualifications for LPN /n /n
- /n 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
/n /n - /n Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the
state of Michigan /n /n - /n CPR certification /n /n /n About Ciena
