specialties. What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors This position
will lead a full range of administrative and office coordination
duties supporting the rapidly growing engineering design and
community planning team within our Mid-Michigan offices. - This
position will closely coordinate with all levels of staff daily on
a multitude of operational needs. The ideal candidate will work
both independently and as a part of a larger team. Fulltime and
part-time opportunities exist, depending on the candidates. OHM
understands that schedule flexibility has never been more

that produce happy employees and quality work. This position's
hours & schedule can be structured to accommodate a variety of
schedules. Your Responsibilities
- Maintains general knowledge of company services, clients, key
people, and typical policies/operations
- Completes inventorying, ordering, receiving, stocking,
organization, and distribution of office supplies
- Assists with scheduling meetings, employee events, office
activities, etc.; i.e. booking accommodations, ordering food &
beverage when necessary
- Review correspondences and reports for content, consistency,
grammar, etc.
- Answers phone and greets visitors, ascertains nature of
business, and directs to appropriate staff
- Review, production, and compilation of client deliverables;
i.e. reports, memos, plans, etc.
- Assists with preparing, tracking, and managing contract and
project documents
- Manages registrations for conferences, events, and
sponsorships
- Supports and participates in business initiatives; i.e. office
growth expansion, financials, future staffing, etc.
- Plans, contributes to, and engages in office culture and
teambuilding activities
- Coordinates with building cleaning and maintenance services, as

You Will Need to Succeed
- Preference for Associate's degree in Business Administration,
Communications, or related field
- Preference for administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized and adept with various office equipment; i.e.
printer, binding machines, etc.
- Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Office
software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to present a pleasant demeanor both in-person and over the
telephone when interacting with clients, employees, and business
contacts
