Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A Special Education Teacher position is open to provide
tailored educational support to students with mild to moderate
learning needs. This role is based in Sterling Heights, MI, and
requires working in-person within a school environment. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) that meet the unique learning needs of each student.
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support
staff to ensure effective educational delivery. Use evidence-based
teaching strategies to support student academic and social
development. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting
interventions as needed. Maintain a positive and inclusive
classroom environment. Desired Qualifications: Valid Michigan
Special Education (SPED) Certification with the appropriate
endorsement. Experience working directly with students exhibiting
mild to moderate special education needs. Strong communication and
organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a
multidisciplinary team. Location: Sterling Heights, MI Employment
