Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience Are you a

seeking experienced Controls Engineers. The Opportunity We partner
with manufacturers across Lansing seeking Controls Engineers who

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement industrial
control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA). Program and configure PLCs,
HMIs, and other automation devices for manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex control system
malfunctions and process issues. Lead the commissioning and startup
of new automated equipment and production lines. Optimize existing
control strategies and systems for improved efficiency,
reliability, and throughput. Develop and maintain electrical
schematics, control diagrams, and system documentation. Ensure all
control systems comply with safety standards, regulatory
requirements, and company policies. Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley,
Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Strong understanding of
industrial automation networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus
TCP/IP). Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and
troubleshooting complex control systems. Familiarity with
industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and/or motion control
systems. Knowledge of electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 79,
ISO 13849) and machine safety system design. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
programming and integration. Proficient in industrial vision
systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection or guidance.
Knowledge of SQL databases and data historian integration for
manufacturing data collection and analysis. Familiarity with
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA
integration. Understanding of industrial network security
