The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing machining processes to enhance productivity and ensure high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement CNC programs for various machining operations. Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements. Design and optimize tooling and fixtures for machining processes. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes and ensure product quality. Maintain and update documentation related to machining processes and equipment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or Machining Engineer. Strong skills in CAD/CAM software and technical drawing interpretation. Knowledge of machining techniques and precision engineering principles. Experience with quality control processes and ISO standards. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
