SHE Manager NA-United States-Michigan-Midland * Lead development of the MiOPs integration strategy for merging and developing EHS and process safety management systems, processes and requirements with respect to hDupont and hDow businesses. * Develop a multi-year integration plan with resource planning that is direct alignment with requirements from T&I s overall EHS integration strategy and in coordination with strategies established for other MiOp s businesses. * Lead MiOPs integration efforts to drive compliance with PSM program requirements and alignment with DuPont PSM EHS standards. * Lead integration efforts associated with management of highly toxic materials (HTM s) in accordance with DuPont EHS standard. * Engage and enlist site leadership in the implementation of business and site integration plans. * Establish a compliant and aligned EHS training platform to meet training obligations established under DuPont EHS standard and compliance requirements. * Drive successful migration and implementation of DuPont EHS applications and tools from the former ODMS application. * Drive incorporation of DuPont EHS standards to deliver against performance requirements according to established timeframes defined in the T&I integration plan. * Partner with business and site leaders to develop and implement integration strategies for meeting long term EHS and PSM performance targets. * Develop and implement strategies for defining and implementing the specific technical changes in applicable RAGAGEP requirements for process technology and the integration of a successful mechanical Integrity program, including but not limited to regulatory compliance aspects. * In collaboration with the PSM PSTL, provide local process safety integration leadership support for geographically aligned facilities while directly supporting other Process Safety program requirements as needed. * Accountable for ensuring that Process Safety training for personnel within the business has been implemented. * Oversight for PSM program-related elements (e.g., broad-based PSM program performance, PSM integration for new projects, site level PSM goals and objectives aligned with business and company objectives, and interaction with site leaders and other internal and corporate functions or teams that can impact PSM). Maintain a focus on process safety organizational learning and continuous improvement. * Interface with company and other business PSM leaders and other internal DuPont networks involved with PSM and risk management to collaborate on key initiatives, share key learnings, collect and analyze DuPont and external PSM metrics for trends, and implement appropriate system improvements or corrective actions. * Develop and maintain data management and tracking systems that periodically review and analyze the EHS and PSM program integration status through the use of leading and lagging metrics. * Ability to influence others at all levels, including others who are not under direct control * Leader, mentor and role model to other professionals * Business acumen and judgment understands value propositions and client pain points and can see how to build a link to business value for the client * Negotiation and relationship skills ability to help client to see him/her as trusted and expert advisor * Ability to set and manage expectations (internally and with clients) * Project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * BS Degree in Science or Engineering * 10 years of Chemical operational experience * Demonstrated knowledge, understanding, and implementation of process improvement methodologies. * Proven leadership, team building and organization skills, along with the ability to build trust and integrity. * Clear strengths in communications, both external and internal.
