As our Director of Digital Operations, you lead the remote services area of our credit union, including ATM, Visa, mobile, and online banking. You drive value by enhancing the digital member experience (DMX) through innovative digital banking products and solutions. Under your strategic leadership, the department successfully implements solutions to support initiatives like artificial intelligence, member profiling, and population tracking. You influence the design of data science solutions for multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Highly collaborative, you partner with all departments within the credit union as well as vendors, industry groups, and partners to continually develop strategic digital channels and products. You build and scale an ecosystem of digital banking products that our members can use across desktop, web, and mobile channels. In addition to member-facing functions, your portfolio includes some back-office functions associated with item processing and data operations. You manage products from concept through to delivery and production.

As you collaborate with other departments, you implement clear requirements derived from member journey maps based on user research. You ensure that product roadmaps are aligned with our credit union's strategic vision while being mindful of business requirements.   • 10+ years of experience in a product management role doing business analysis, market/user research, roadmaps, project management, business plans, and project plans
  • Background in financial service products OR a good foundation in end-user delivery with the curiosity to quickly pick up the subject matter expertise on a specific product set
  • Ability to independently own products or a portfolio of products end-to-end
  • Experience working with products that harness large data sets and use various machine-learning techniques to deliver insights and new features
  • Experience in organizing, researching, and analyzing client needs
  • Understanding of what it takes to build a scalable digital platform, with shared components and services that can serve multiple distribution channels
  • Familiarity with core areas in applied machine learning
  • Familiarity with the data science model development lifecycle, including data preparation and model training
  • Ability to bridge the technical and business worlds, ensuring we are building the right products with a combination of vision, market/user/competitor research, and usage metrics
  • Strong leadership skills
