Job Description:

Kelly Financial Resources is working on an urgent need for a Collections Manager. Our client is in the financial services industry. They pride themselves in their employee-oriented company culture and they offer many other additional perks! Some of the main job responsibilities, include:

• 
  
  
• Monitoring and analysis of economic conditions and collection trends, suggesting improvements, as needed
  
  
• Ensuring a positive working environment and a high level of customer service
  
  
• Training and coaching of a large team
  
  
• Analysis of the financial situation of delinquent consumers
  
  
• Ensuring all collection activity, including mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, collateral repossession, etc. meet state and federal regulations
  
  
• Complete monthly reports for the board of directors
  
  They are requiring:
  
  
  • 
    
    
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, within a Collections department
    
    
  • Financial services industry experience
    
    
  • A high level of diplomacy and a customer service mindset
    
    
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
