Primary Care for Long-Term Care Physician needed in Midland, Michigan. Reason for Recruitment: Community need, growth of practice. Community Served: East-Central Michigan Long-term care in skilled nursing facility. Four providers share responsibility in three facilities all within 35 minutes of each other - 1:4 call schedule.
