This position performs a variety of integrated
neurological/neurosurgical and trauma critical care functions,
intuitively, using the nursing process while applying a broad
nursing knowledge in a caring, concerned manner. Position requires
travel among MidMichigan Health subsidiaries.
For casual positions: casual employees have no regularly
scheduled work hours, but require an understanding of, and
agreement to fulfill, the minimum time commitments of the position
for as long as the position is held. These are (if needed) at least
48 hours per month with 24 of those hours worked on weekends, and
an annual requirement of 24 hours worked on holidays.
(25%)* Assesses patient for physical, emotional, psych/social

REQUIRED EDUCATION EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND SKILLS:
Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan
BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire or transfer
ACLS certification is required within 12 months of hire or
