Position DetailsProvide quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate healthy development of young children (ages 0 -5) and increased family stability. Services are family-centered, delivered primarily in home/community to support the work. Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research.
