Job Description:

work. Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from
any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit
experience is required from any number of months. --- Travel
experience is preferred from any number of months. --- 3 months of
experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Michigan license (required
for submission). --- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates
must live > 50 miles from facility to be submitted.--- COVID
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required after
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Guaranteed
Hours: 36 Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend On Call
Requirements: No Call 2+ years of Med Surg Experience - Required
Dress Code: Navy Blue All scheduling requests must be made at the

at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to
submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer).
