Job Description:
This dynamic Ophthalmology practice is looking for a Retina
Specialist to join their thriving practice. Work with a highly
skilled group providing comprehensive eye care with tremendous
clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the
top of your license and earn extraordinary income. The Opportunity:
• Join a group of Ophthalmologists and Optometrists offering a full
range of eye care services to the region. • This practice offers
you a voice and provides the resources to practice at the top of
your license. • Plenty of volume allowing you to see 60 patients
per day. • Work in a friendly and supportive environment with
well-trained and highly skilled staff. • Affiliated physician owned
surgical center is adjacent to the main facility. • Medical Retina
Specialists are encouraged to apply. • Extraordinary work/life
balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights.
Compensation Details: • Guaranteed $600,000 base salary plus
lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2. • Transparent partnership
track after two years with proven earnings $1 million plus. • 6
weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, up to $50K sign-on,
relocation and more. • Comprehensive, executive level benefits
