Doctor of Medicine | Maternal-Fetal Medicine Location: Livonia, MI Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Medical Director to lead our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team in West Michigan , covering the Grand Rapids area and the lakeshore. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated MFM specialist to provide clinical leadership , mentorship , and strategic program development in a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on high-quality care for complex maternal fetal cases. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Oversee the Maternal Fetal Medicine service line, ensuring the highest quality of care for high-risk pregnancies. Patient Care: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, including diagnostics, consultative services, and management of high-risk pregnancies, collaborating with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists. Program Development: Work with administrative and clinical leadership to enhance the Maternal Fetal Medicine program and achieve goals around quality, service excellence, colleague engagement, and financial stewardship. Education & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to medical students, residents, and junior staff.
