We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, providing therapy and support for children with autism. In this role, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and cognitive disorders in patients under the age of 6. You’ll work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure meaningful outcomes for every child. Compensation: $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans. Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills. Track progress and update treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate patient records. Guide and train families to support therapy goals at home. Qualifications: Eager to grow professionally and learn new techniques. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred. Knowledge of speech and language anatomy. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, interventions, and Gestalt Language Processing.
