registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years CVOR RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A registered nurse with
expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room care is needed for a
contract position in Midland, MI. This role is centered on ensuring
patient safety by assessing needs before and throughout surgical
procedures, developing and implementing individualized care plans,
and leading the operating room team effectively. Key
responsibilities include: Assessing surgical patients and tailoring
care plans to meet specific needs, continuously evaluating and
adjusting during procedures to prioritize patient safety.
Supervising operating room activities, managing schedule changes,
assembling equipment and supplies, assisting anesthesia providers,
and maintaining the integrity of the sterile field. Communicating
clearly with patients, families, physicians, OR staff, supervisors,
managers, and ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care.
Engaging in professional development by participating in
educational meetings, staff in-services, and growth opportunities,
