Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Midland, MI Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,482 to $1,682 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders. Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program. Current Michigan license in good standing. LARA must state Active Michigan/MI License. Active RRT certification through The National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). Active American Heart Association BLS certification. Active American Heart Association ACLS certification. Active American Heart Association PALS certification. Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Work history and skills checklist current to 1 year, pertinent to Respiratory Therapy (document required). Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years (document required). Candidates must reside outside the facility’s 50-mile radius; local candidates will not be considered. Previous travel work experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Primary specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist. Shift name: Nights. Shift pattern: 6 on, 8 off (Wednesday through Monday). Shift hours: 1900–0700. Weekends: Every other weekend required. 36 hour guarantee. Duration: 13 week assignment. Must be willing to float to other facilities as needed.
