Physician - Radiology - Interventional

Job Details:

• Full-time Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist position with hospital-based practice setting
• 
  
• Join a 3-physician and 2-APP interventional radiology team
• 
  
• Day-shift schedule with Q3 call coverage (every third weekday and weekend)
• 
  
• Average of 8 cases per day with primarily adult and geriatric patient population
• 
  
• Level I trauma designation facility
• 
  
• Perform angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, and UFE procedures
• 
  
• Additional procedures include orthopedic, gynecology, and urology cases
• 
  
• Supported by manager and two APPs
• 
  
• Board certification in Interventional Radiology required
• 
  
• Active Michigan state medical license required (IMLC or compact license not accepted)
• 
  
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• 
  
• Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
• 
  
• NPDB self-query required at presentation (within 30 days)
• 
  
• Mileage reimbursement at IRS standard rate
• 
  
• On-campus lodging provided if needed
