Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced District
Manager to oversee 8-10 Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations
within a designated district. As a key member of our team, you will
be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a positive team
culture, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring operational
excellence across all locations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and
oversee the daily operations of 8-10 QSR locations, ensuring
adherence to company standards and policies. • Develop and
implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue
targets. • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams,
fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous
improvement. • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as
sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, to
identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as
needed. • Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and
health regulations at all locations. • Foster positive
relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders,
resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional
manner. • Collaborate with other district managers and corporate
leadership to share best practices, drive operational excellence,
and achieve company goals. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-unit
management within the QSR or hospitality industry. • Proven track
record of driving sales growth, achieving targets, and delivering
results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong leadership
skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams. •
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. •
Flexibility to travel within the designated district as needed.
