a skilled Technical Account Manager with a strong background in
low-voltage security and communications to support our growing team

you. Position Summary: The Technical Account Manager will support
Windemuller’s low voltage, communications, and security technology
offerings , ensuring our solutions remain innovative, reliable, and
aligned with customer needs. This role blends technical expertise
with client relationship management and plays a key part in
expanding our security and communications capabilities. You’ll
collaborate with our Communications and Technical Services teams to
strengthen processes, evaluate new technologies, and drive
excellence across our security and low voltage projects. Reports
to: Senior Manager of Communications Key Responsibilities: Evaluate
and enhance Windemuller’s low voltage and security service
offerings , including structured cabling, IP video systems, and
access control. Manage and develop vendor and manufacturer
partnerships for security and communications solutions. Collaborate
with technical teams to create standardized procedures and best
practices for low voltage installations. Research and recommend
emerging video management systems (VMS), access control platforms,
and low voltage communications technologies . Develop and implement
training programs and technical documentation for field and support
staff. Support sales teams with customer presentations, system
demos, estimating, and project planning. Serve as project and
account manager for key low voltage/security clients. Maintain high
customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable
service. Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules for assigned
projects. Maintain a safe working environment and ensure OSHA and
company safety standards are followed. Participate in on-call
rotation as needed. Qualifications: Education & Training Required:
High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Certifications or training in
Low Voltage Communications , Access Control , Intrusion Detection ,
or Video Management Systems Experience & Technical Skills: 8 years
of experience in low voltage systems , communications , security
integration , or related technical fields Strong background in:
Structured cabling and low voltage installation IP camera systems
and VMS platforms Access control systems Network fundamentals as
they relate to security devices Experience with project management,
estimating, system commissioning, and end-user training Proficiency
with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability
to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical
diagrams Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Physical &
Work Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend,
stoop, and handle materials Visual and auditory acuity with the
ability to distinguish color codes Work in indoor and outdoor
conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) Must provide and maintain
personal hand tools PPE required at all times Full-time, 40 hours
per week, with overtime or occasional night work as required
