Job Description Physician - Ophthalmology (Neuro) Grand Rapids, MI (SIGN-ON & RELOCATION) Job Type : Full-time / Perm Shifts : Days Healthcare Setting : Neurology Center Pay: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview) J ob Responsibilities Diagnosis and treatment of visual problems related to the nervous system Diagnosis and treatment of unexplained or sudden vision loss Neuro-Ophthalmologic testing such as visual acuity, visual field testing, pupillary reactivity, color perception, ocular alignment and optical coherence tomography, among others. Qualifications: TRULY Board Eligible (must be board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible) or Board Certified - REQUIRED MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Clean malpractice - PREFERRED DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Benefits Starting bonus Relocation assistance, if applicable Full time benefit package Malpractice insurance w/tail CME funds, licensure, and professional membership support 403b with employer contribution & match
