Shift Type: Days; 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM Submission Requirements At least 5 years of experience - Required Open Heart Experience - Required BLS (AHA) and NBSTSA - Required Tertiary care center and/or designated level I or II trauma center expereince - Required Travel experience - Highly Preferred ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) Profile Requirements: Work History Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years License/Certifications (NBSTSA & BLS - AHA) Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction) We will want the candidate to have experience in a tertiary care center and or designated level I or II trauma center. I think we would consider level III but would have to ask the candidate some additional questions about their experience. On Call rate is $9.00 for this position Certification Requirements BLS (AHA) NBSTSA
