a manufacturing company in Midland, MI.
Office Administrator Position
The Office Administrator position is
responsible for overall front office activities, including the
reception area, mail, office supply purchasing requests and
facilities. This individual should be highly proficient with Office
and Excel in particular .
The Office Administrator will report
to the President & CEO.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role
routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualifications and Requirements
At least two years of
previous experience in office management.
PC proficiency is essential (Windows environment) with a major
emphasis in E xcel
Solid interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well
at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem solving and creative skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on
accurate and timely analyses.
