We have an exciting opportunity for a **Document Administrator** to join our company at our **Midland, MI** production facility. This position requires you to be the owner and subject matter expert of the Document Management System (DMS). This role is accountable to ensure the documents management system is within compliance and within the appropriate company expectations. The Document Administrator takes the lead on all special projects and partners with department SME to implement new Global, Health & Safety, CAMS Common standards. Document Administrators can provide coverage for other facilities as needed. We are looking for candidates who take initiative, love to learn, work hard, and have a stable work history. Responsibilities - What You Will Do: How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you! + Own the DMS, implement/maintain/improve the electronic and physical files. + Manage and maintain the department file share (permissions and group security). + Execute file share clean-up with appropriate Element Focal Points. + Perform annual records retention for electronic and physical documentation Corteva Record and Information Management (CRIM). + Deliver ongoing coaching of the DMS. + Provide initial training of DMS for new employees. + Administer and maintain all database tools (i.e. ETQ Reliance, Corteva Agriscience Management System (CAMS) Portal, Self-Assessments, WebEDMS, WebMOC, CAPA, TreeSize, MyAccess, MyAd, etc.). + Act as the common CAMS Element Owner - Procedures, Document Management, CRIM. + Serve as the Management of Change (MOC) Focal Point. + Partner with Training Management System Specialist to implement & train on Management Systems tools and processes. + Perform and analyze monthly Back-to-Basics Metrics and communicate to plant personnel. + IT Key Focal Point. + Manage appropriate Legal Holds process & documents. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** Requirements - Who You Are: What expertise have you grown? What do you bring to the table? + You have high attention to detail/accuracy and are able to understand the big picture. + You are very knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). + You have strong organizational and prioritization skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills. + You have great ability in both critical thinking and problem solving. + You are positive and able to quickly adapt to change. + You have your high school diploma/GED. + You understand that delivering to our customers on-time keeps us viable and are willing and able to work Monday through Friday day shift hours, some occasional overtime may be required.
