Our client in the Mid-Michigan area has an opening for a Client Coordinator. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will be able to feature your client focused skills and passion for creativity!
In this role you will be an integral part of a global promotional marketing support team and work with an enthusiastic team of people who share your passion. You will be able to showcase your skills and expertise while building trusted relationships with marketing and business professionals from around the globe.
As a client coordinator you will collaborate with an energetic team of creative individuals and internal clients, to implement a variety of communication tactics ranging from email marketing campaigns to internal communications. Clients will rely on you to be an expert in marketing communications best practices and your project management skills will be heavily utilized to deliver an exceptional end-product, within budget and on time.
Typical job duties for a client coordinator on our team:

  • Consult with internal clients to determine the best tactics for their communication goals based on client needs and best practices
  • Manage multiple projects at one time, keeping them, all moving forward and on budget
  • Work closely with creative coordinator and creative team to ensure copy and design meets goals and objectives as specified by client
  • Ensure all work produced by creative team and production specialists follows Visual Identity Standards Must Have:

  • Manage time effectively and deliver work under deadline
  • Multi-task
  • Be self-motivated and driven to improve processes and deliver results
  • Learn and understand technical claims language

  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Office, Teams
  • LAN shares
  • Organize, plan and perform projects with little or no supervision.
  • Track time spent per project for customer invoicing purposes.
  • Project Management:
  • Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients
  • Plan and implement client projects with little or no supervision.
  • Communication:
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication with customers, team members, and management.
  • Understand common industry vocabulary.
  • Teamwork
  • Act as a team player, able to build cross-functional relationships and trust
