This exciting new role within the ISC Improve & Scale organization will focus on ISC data.About YouYou will define data work process and system solutions, including strategy and design, through collaboration with global peers, regional teams and business and functional stakeholders. You will ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements and provides ongoing training, support and design enhancements across strategic solutions utilized by our partners. You will lead a team of global (direct) and regional (dotted line) Business Process Experts and collaborate with other Business Process Teams both within and outside of ISC as well as counterparts within the I/S organization. You will act as the most senior subject matter expert responsible for providing deep functional and SAP user expertise for work processes, applications and products aligned with and/or utilized for ISC Data. You will serve as a first line leader for a team of both professional individual contributors and administrative, technical and/or operational supports employees. You will have accountability for the performance and results of the team.Responsibilities / Duties

  • Defines ISC data strategy through collaboration with global peers, regional teams, business and functional stakeholders:
  • Participates in business case development, providing input into benefits and strategic alignment of IT opportunities utilizing business process knowledge and business / functional understanding.
  • Drives inclusion of needed enhancements within the investment plan.
  • Interfaces within IT for system development and configuration, support and issue resolution of global requirements.
  • Accountable to define, document and maintain Global Work Process and System Solutions, continuous improvements and manage the implementation of it across the globe.
  • Facilitates training, mentoring, knowledge transfer and coaching of Global and Regional Business Process Experts (BPX) to resolve issues, explain solutions, gather requirement changes and insure knowledge transfer.
  • Accountable to possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of the work process, systems, tools and metrics.
  • Leads teams in support of Corporate initiatives and projects executed by the IT organization, which may include requirements gathering, evaluation, testing set up and execution, data transition and migration activities, and implementation, including identification and escalation of issues to manage risk and ensure on time solution delivery.
  • Monitors consistency between promised and delivered value to our customers.
  • Identifies opportunities of new systems and applications that have potential process improvements and/or efficiencies.
  • Identifies gaps in Global Work Processes driven from external best practices and new emerging technologies.Critical success factors for this role include: data experience and understanding, critical thinking, specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in job discipline, leadership skills in team management or project management, knowledge on resource requirements, risk and/or complexity, decision making ability and business and customer knowledge and networkRequired Qualifications:
    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.
    • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required.
