Job Description:

Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (Fluent in Spanish and English) for our client, a global chemical company, in Midland, MI.

This role is a long term contract (12+ month), and can be extended indefinitely. Pay for this role will be around $18 - $20/hr, and this role does offer benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides technical and product support in a contact center environment on behalf of current and potential customers.

Request types include technical information, samples, literature, pricing, product availability, and other general corporate and subsidiary information.

Customer service skills are key, listening to verbal requests with proven ability to interface well with a wide variety of people.

Multi-tasking Display ability to multi-task between phone and email requests from customers and businesses.

REQUIREMENTS

- AS/BS degree desired.
