Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION: Performs a wide range of complex analytical and high-level support functions for the Derivative Product Group. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for providing quotes to Corporate Finance Officers and Relationship Managers for the various types of transactions: Swap Pay Fix, Swap Pay Variable, Caps, Floors, and Collars. * Provide industry analysis and updates that can be utilized by the Corporate Finance Officers for presentations. * When appropriate, participate with the Corporate Finance Officer in customer calls to facilitate in the preparation of the Derivative Addendum, ISDA Master Agreement, Schedule to the Master Agreement and presentation materials. * Responsible for providing complex analysis for hedging strategies. Analyses interest rate swap reset/payment advices with Commercial loan statements to determine customer synthetic all in interest rate for customers and Relationship Managers. * Provide complex analysis for blend and extend transactions for Corporate Finance Officers. * Provide portfolio analysis for RFP''s. * Work with legal council in the preparation of the ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule to the Master Agreement. * Responsible for reconciling mark-to-market report for Bancorp and individual customer level. * Initiates daily wire transfers for derivative transactions. * Prepares swap confirmation letters to client counterparties, as well as, monthly derivative reset/payment advices. * Review and interprets loan notes and swap confirmation to assure that all conditions are met for an effective interest rate hedge. * Assist with payment of derivative interest and legal fees. * Coach other personnel in the derivatives group or that support the derivatives group (e.g. IT, operations, Treasury, etc.) SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
