Job Description:

Performs a wide range of administrative duties related to the processing of simple conventional residential mortgage loans from point of application to closing. Verifies accuracy of loan documents received and creates/prepares file for submission. Coordinates assignment of loan files to underwriters. Reviews loan documents to assess appraisal requirements and orders as requested. Will be working in the sales offices helping the lo?s to get their files together and submitted and ordering title and homeowners and following up on conditions.


Requires high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years residential mortgage loan processing experience. Requires strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Proven computer skills.
