Job Description:

Kelly Science is currently seeking two Bench Top Technicians for our customer located in Midland, MI.--Qualifications:--- A minimum of Associate degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and/or 2+ years relevant experience--- A good knowledge of organic synthesis theory and/or chemical engineering principles --- A strong hands-on lab skill to set up and run laboratory glass reactor systems and associated equipment for multi-step sample preparations and understand the safety ramificationsResponsibilities:--- Support scientists in designing and performing experiments in a lab setting with accuracy and precision--- Manage and support experimental lab routine operations such as suppliers, infrastructure, new equipment installation, sample shipment etc.--- Utilize analytical methods to characterize products, raw materials and in process solutionsResponsible for project team interactions (ie. HPLC, GC, KF, etc).--- Collect experimental data from a variety of unit operations and Keep a detailed notebook to ensure data quality and integrity--- Meet all the Corteva EHS&S compliance needs, set safety standard and foster a strong commitment to safety.--- Escalate safety issues within PS&T labs to ensure a timely resolution----Why Kelly--?Kelly Science & Clinical is your connection to premier scientific and clinical companies looking to hire talented people just like you.
