We specialize in research and development, manufacturing operations, plant shut downs and building maintenance.Our skilled trades include Tool and Die Makers, Instrumentation, Multi-Craft , Machinists, Pipe-fitters, Carpenters, Electricians, Work Coordinators, EH&S, Welders, Pipe Insulators, Carpenters, Preventative Maintenance Technicians , Planners, Glass Blowers and others. Position Summary and Responsibilities Formal training in Instrumentation/Electrical

• strong knowledge in calibrating instruments of flow
• pressure and level transmitters
• thermocouples
• heaters
• temperature controllers
• troubleshooting 480v and below
• repair 48ov and below
• workable knowledge of test meters
• install conduit
• install wiring based on code requirements
• Analytical equipment troubleshooting/design and build Qualifications Two-year degree in a scientific field of study
  • Preferred five years of experience in instrumentation, including experience in installing, calibrating, maintaining and repairing equipment
  • Demonstrated use and understanding of physical standards of mass, temperature flow and pressure.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Required ability to be able to read and work from blueprints, schematic diagrams and specification manuals.
  • Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance
  • Must be able to work with various researchers in different locations
  • Must have data base experience with record keeping and documentation accuracy Must have current Electrical Experience
    • Preferred 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience working with 24V to 480v
    • Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment
    • Must have electrical experience with Contacts, Mods, ABB Drives and relays
    • Must have panel building experience
