Job Description:
Client satisfaction is the number one goal of this position.
This role provides technical remote phone support and online "chat"
support for IT related questions and issues. The ability to
multitask with attention to detail is crucial. Other duties may
include creating and coordinating trouble tickets, client requests,
and escalation within other service organizations. This position is
for a person that is a self-starter, who is able to work well
within a group or individually in a corporate environment.
Discretion is key, as the individual may be exposed to confidential
information.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides
troubleshooting for IT and mobile device questions/issuesProvides
adhoc user training when necessaryCreate/Maintain support
documentation.Maintain understanding of current and new
technologyMonitor and respond to questions that come to functional
Yammer channelKnowledge of a variety of IT technologies including:
computers & accessories, sharing/storing information, network
connectivity, printers, MS software, mobile devices, MS teams,
etc.Other duties may include creating and coordinating trouble
tickets, and escalation within other service organizations.Skills
and Abilities:Experience working for a computer helpdesk, or other
customer service.This position requires understanding of
technology, business, office procedures, and the ability to adhere
to policies and procedures.Customer focus and dedication to
customer satisfaction.Proficient in troubleshooting and solving
mobile devices.Proficient in troubleshooting and solving desktop
software including Microsoft Office products.Candidate must possess
excellent verbal and written communication skills.Education and
Experience:Associates Degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience
preferred.2 - 5 years of experience with Information Technology, as
well as customer service, preferably in a corporate
environment.Industry Certifications such as the CompTIA A+
Certification, and Microsoft Certified Professional, a plus.Working

ability to adapt to change. Some evening, night, holiday, on call
or weekend assignment may be required. Schedule may vary according
